Delivery & Pickup
Pickup:
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when your items are ready to be collected, if you choose to pickup your items. Pickup address: 24 Healey Rd, Dandenong South, VIC 3175.
Shipping:
We Based in Melbourne and ship nationwide. Our price includes GST, but do NOT includes freight cost. For small props, you can calculate the freight cost when you check out. For Pilates reformers and other big equipment, please contact us and ask a freight quotation. We have ranges of choice to suit your requirement.
Mention:
Orders will not be shipped until we have a correct shipping address. We can not advise the exact delivery time; it depends on the freight company. Any risks of damage or losing from shipping will be responded by freight company. The delivery is strictly to ground floor locations with suitable truck parking access, front door only. Please note that the freight company does NOT provide move in or placement services, does NOT offer delivery to upper floors. NO indoor delivery, unpacking, or installation services are included. Customers are responsible for moving the item inside the premises after delivery.
Heavy deliveries:
Heavy items deliver to ground floor only. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive and assist with heavy items for delivery. If you require delivery items over 50kg or combination of heavy/large items (over 250kg), a tail lift service will be required and prepared by yourself.
In stock:
Our handling time is 2-3 days from your payment（except public holiday）. Delivery time depends on the freight company.
Pre-order:
Estimated dispatch time frame is around 12 weeks from your deposit payment. (If it is customised equipment, it may take longer. If the dispatch time was delayed for force majeure or unexpected reason, we will let you know ASAP).
