Pickup

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when your items are ready to be collected. If you pick up reformers, please make sure the reformer box (around 2700x800x400mm) can fit in your truck/van.

Shipping

We Based in Melbourne and ship nationwide. Our price includes GST, but do NOT include freight cost (except free shipping item). All equipment freight cost can calculate at check out. For bulk orders of equipment, please contact us for a freight quotation. We have ranges of choice to suit your requirement.

Mention

Orders will not be shipped until we have a correct shipping address. We do NOT accept PO box address for delivery. We can NOT advise the exact delivery time; it depends on the freight company. Any risks of damage or losing from shipping will be responded by freight company.

Heavy deliveries

Heavy items deliver to ground floor only. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive and assist with heavy items for a 9am-5pm Monday-Friday delivery. If you require delivery items over 50kg, a tail gate service will be prepared by yourself. Or we can book tailgate service for you at your site with extra cost.

Our handling time is 2-3 working days from your payment（except public holiday). Delivery time is depending on the freight company.

Pre-order

Estimated dispatch time frame is 6-8 weeks from your payment. (If it is custom equipment, it may take a little bit longer. If the dispatch time was delayed by the force majeure or unexpected reason, we will let you know ASAP)
